THE PREDICTION
Cardiff Blues have enjoyed the return of their international stars and that experience was called upon in a close 12-13 win away to a resolute Dragons side, with this second Welsh derby in a week now looking a very interesting fixture. The Blues are on a three-match winning streak themselves after an excellent showing in the Challenge Cup against high-flying Newcastle Falcons was backed up by a default victory but visiting Ospreys have shown some promise recently. They lost an equally tight fixture to Welsh opposition in Scarlets on Boxing Day but had strung together a three-match winning run before that, scoring a total of 67 points over their two matches in the Challenge Cup. The nature of the two Boxing Day matches suggests this one will come under 40 points in favour of the hosts here but it could be closer than expected between them.
