- It was yet another defeat for Leigh Centurions but they will be buoyed by their efforts against Hull KR last week as they kept themselves right in the contest until the final hooter in their 28-34 loss.
- Despite pushing Rovers close, their performance will still be tinged with disappointment with the Centurions perhaps believing they should have gone on to win the game after going 28-24 up but they failed to hang on and will now move on to game number 16 in the hope of breaking their duck for the season.

- Leeds Rhinos’ play-off hopes suffered a big blow as they went down to a second defeat in succession with Castleford Tigers getting the better of them last week with the Rhinos struggling to break the Tigers down.
- Leeds were missing a handful of players for that contest and it was telling but with the return of Luke Gale in the halves to potentially partner Rob Lui for the first time this season, Richard Agar will hope his side can ask more questions in this one.

THE PREDICTION
Leigh Centurions produced one of their better performances of the
season but it was still not enough as they fell to yet another loss to
remain winless. They blew a lead late in that game and while they will
be content that it was a much-improved performance, they will find it
difficult to put that defeat behind them as they come up against Leeds
Rhinos. The visitors have lost their last two and they need a win to
ensure they stay in the mix for a top six spot but they should be too
good here and it would be a surprise if the Rhinos were unable to
prevail by 13+ points.
