THE PREDICTION
Cronulla Sharks will hope for some greater consistency moving forward after they got the better of Gold Coast Titans last week to get back to winning ways. They are on a seven-game W-L sequence thanks to that win but almost allowed the Titans back into the contest late on and must finish games better if they are to challenge at the top of the ladder. This will be a good test against Sydney Roosters despite the Tricolours coming into this on the back of a one-sided loss to leaders and reigning premiers Penrith Panthers last week. These two teams look evenly-matched but the Roosters will fancy their chances having won the past six games between the two. However, that run could well end here in a game that could go either way and with so little to split the pair, expect the victor to prevail by a winning margin of 1-12 points.
