- New Zealand Warriors made it five losses in a row as their top eight hopes suffered another blow with an underwhelming effort against Cronulla Sharks last week and time is running out for them to get their season back on track.

THE PREDICTION
Penrith Panthers will have to cope without their two key men with
halves pairing Nathan Cleary and Jarome Luai both absent for this
contest. The Panthers were able to overcome Parramatta Eels with a gutsy
effort in a closely-fought game but the loss of Luai on the back of
that leaves them with a big challenge. New Zealand Warriors will look to
capitalise but they come into this on the back of five losses in a row
and Penrith’s defence should be able to repel them sufficiently to be
able to come out on top in this one.
