Rosenborg vs Banga prediction

Rosenborg were once perennial Norwegian champions, but they have since been overtaken by the likes of Molde and Bodo/Glimt. However, they will head into this season’s UEFA Europa Conference League second qualifying round as one of the biggest and strongest sides at this stage of the competition.

They now face a Banga side that finished fifth in the Lithuania A Lyga in the 2024 campaign, under the management of David Afonso. They qualified for this competition, though, as winners of the Lithuanian Cup. They haven’t qualified for Europe since they were beaten by Sligo Rovers in the UEFA Europa League in 2014.

This tie seems likely to be an absolute mis-match in Norway, especially in the first-leg, and Rosenborg will be expected to wrap the two-legged tie in this first match.

Rosenborg vs Banga tip: Rosenborg to win -2 handicap
