Riga come into this one on the back of an entertaining 3-2 defeat of Liepaja in their most recent outing in the Latvian Higher League at the weekend. That leaves them sitting at the top-of-the-table, three points above defending champions Rigas Futbola Skola. That win also means that they are now unbeaten in their last 21 matches.

They now face a Dila Gori side that began their European campaign with a hard-fought defeat of Luxembourg opposition Racing FC Union Luxembourg in the first qualifying round. They won the first-leg by two goals to one before winning by a goal to nil at home after previously winning the Georgian Super Cup earlier this month.

Both of these sides head into this clash on the back of similarly good form, but with a similar low-scoring and safety first mentality so it is expected to be a low quality affair.
