Defending champions of this tournament, the Papua New Guinea have struggled with one win and two defeats in their three matches. PNG’s most recent outing saw them succumb to a 2-0 defeat to Fiji the other day.
The Solomon Islands have been the entertainers thus far with 3-3 draws against Vanuatu and Fiji either side of a comfortable 2-0 victory over New Caledonia with late second half goals.
Papua New Guinea have to show a response here to try and push themselves back towards the top two and both teams scoring would again seem a good bet here.
