Paksi vs Panathinaikos prediction
Gyorgy Bognar led his Paksi side to third place in the Nemzeti Baknosaj I last season. In Europe, they were beaten by Ukrainian minnows Polissya Zhytomyr in the third qualifying round of this competition in the 2025-26 season.
Panathinaikos, now under the management of Jacob Neestrup, finished fourth in the Greek Super League last season but they performed well in Europe as they reached the Round of 16 of the UEFA Europa League with Rafa Benitez at the helm.
Panathinaikos will expect to go deep in Europe once again but this is a tough first game and both teams scoring seems a decent value bet for this one in Hungary.
