Oman vs Ivory Coast prediction

In Asian qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Oman managed to squeeze themselves into the fourth round but finished bottom of a group that consisted of the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. The Omanis most recently managed to ease past Sudan by two goals to nil in their most recent outing a few days ago.

They now face African champions Ivory Coast that, under the management of Emerse Fae, have qualified for the FIFA World Cup, having not been at the tournament since 2014. Les Elephants were beaten 1-0 by a solid Saudi Arabia side in a friendly the other day.

The Ivorians were impressive in their qualifying campaign and would have to remain as firm favourites for this one against a very poor Oman side.
