It has been a terrible start to the season for New York Giants and they come into this with a 1-3 record after going down to Seattle Seahawks last week. They now come up against a Miami Dolphins outfit that suffered their first loss last week as they were beaten by Buffalo Bills but they can bounce back here with their offense likely to cause the road team all kinds of problems.
Tip: Miami Dolphins to cover -10 spread
Carolina Panthers @ Detroit Lions – 10/08/23 - 1:00pm ET
Carolina Panthers come into this game with Detroit Lions without a win having fallen to 0-4 with a loss to Minnesota Vikings last week. They have yet to put a full 60-minute performance together and that will be a concern with the home team winning three of their four matches to date. They recorded a brilliant win over Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field last week and they can further improve on their strong start to the season with another win here.
Tip: Detroit Lions to cover -8 spread
Baltimore Ravens @ Pittsburgh Steelers – 10/08/23 - 1:00pm ET
This is likely to be a game dominated by defense as AFC North rivals Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens do battle. The Ravens moved to 3-1 with a comfortable win over Cleveland Browns last week while the Steelers fell to a poor defeat against Houston Texans as their offense really struggled. They will hope to produce a response here but the Ravens are likely to be too good in a low-scoring encounter.
Tip: Baltimore Ravens to win and under 38 total points
