Los Angeles Chargers secured just their third win of the season as they defeated New York Jets last week but they will have to improve on that effort if they are to overcome Buffalo Bills. The 7-3 Bills were beaten in dramatic fashion in the final seconds of their Week 10 contest with Arizona Cardinals and have had their bye week to dwell on that, but it is likely they will have used the time wisely as they aim to move a step closer to sealing the AFC East. Miami Dolphins are just one game behind them so a slip-up could be costly but the Bills should be refreshed and refocused and they can cover the -4.5 spread against the inconsistent Chargers.
