Cleveland Browns once again had to contend with the elements in their clash with Houston Texans last week but, unlike in their Week 8 clash with Las Vegas Raiders, they were able to prevail as they edged Houston Texans. That win saw them improve to 6-3 but they will need to continue striving for greater consistency as they bid to make the post-season. They come up against a poor Philadelphia Eagles outfit who were beaten by New York Giants last week as they fell to 3-5-1 and unless they show plenty more than in that underwhelming performance, the Browns should be able to make it back-to-back successes.
