Neman vs Urartu prediction

The first-leg of this UEFA Europa Conference League first qualifying round tie took place at the Urartu Stadium in Armenia last week with Urartu suffering a 2-1 defeat to Belarusian outfit Neman Grodno. Neman Grodno went 2-0 up with early goals in the second-half from Anton Suchkov and Pavel Savitskiy before Nicholas Kaloukian making it 2-1. They then had a man sent off with Gor Matinyan now suspended.

This game is being played in the neutral venue of the Alcufer Stadium in Gyor in Hungary due to UEFA banning Belarusian sides from playing at home as a result of the country’s aid to Russia in their war with Ukraine.

Neman Grodno have proven themselves to be capable of seeing off Urartu away from home, so there would be little reason to believe that will change on neutral territory.

Neman vs Urartu tip: Double chance – Neman to win or draw
