In the first-leg of this UEFA Europa Conference League first qualifying round tie, Milsami Orhei shared a 1-1 draw with Velez Mostar last week. Milsami took a second half lead via Nigerian midfielder Philip Odubia before a second half stoppage-time equaliser scored by North Macedonian man Leonid Ignatov for Velez.
