Swiss Super League side Lugano now take on Kosovan minnows Dukagjini in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Europa Conference League on Thursday evening.

Lugano vs Dukagjini prediction
Mattia Croci-Torti led Lugano to fourth place in the Swiss Super League last season. After reaching the round of 16 of the UEFA Europa Conference League in the 2024-25 campaign, they were knocked out in the third qualifying round by then Albert Riera’s Celje last season.
Dukagjini have qualified for UEFA competition for the second time ever after they won the Kosovar Cup for the first time ever last season. Previously, they have beaten the Lincoln Red Imps and then succumbed to Rijeka in the UEFA Europa Conference League, back in the 2023-24 campaign.
This one does appear to be a bit of a mis-match on paper and especially this first-leg with Lugano having home advantage in Switzerland.
