Larne vs Auda prediction

Coached by Nathan Rooney, Larne won their first ever NIFL Premiership in 2023 and then again in 2024, before having to finish as runners’ up to Linfield last season. They qualified for the league phase of the UEFA Europa Conference League last season and enjoyed a surprise defeat of Gent last year.

They now face an Auda side that finished third in the Latvian Virsliga, with Jurgis Kalns at the helm. They lack a fair bit of European pedigree and have never made much of a statement in UEFA competition. They most recently comfortably defeated Jelgava by two goals to nil in the league at the weekend.

Larne are by no means a force in Europe now but their experience last season will aid them this season, and they are favourites to win both legs of this tie.

Larne vs Auda tip: Larne to win
