With both players having already booked their play-off spots, the only thing left for Jonny Clayton and Luke Littler to play for in the regular season is top spot in the table, with first-placed Littler currently five points ahead of second-placed Clayton.

Clayton competed in both Players Championship events this week, and went all the way to the final on Wednesday, where he lost out to Andrew Gilding.

Littler, though, is on fire in the Premier League, having won each of the last three nights while making the final of the last four. He will not want to show any weakness ahead of the approaching play-offs, and if he can maintain his recent level, we fancy him to defeat his nearest foe in Birmingham.
