Jerome Kym vs Calvin Hemery prediction
Jerome Kym reached the semi-finals of the Modena Challenger two weeks ago but then lost in the first-round in Trieste, which was his most recent event. He has now reached the last four of three Challenger events this season, having also managed the feat in Mauthausen and Vicenza.
Calvin Hemery came through both of his qualifying rounds to enter the main draw here after wins over Yannick Hanfmann and Facundo Bagnis. The Frenchman is in decent form, having made the final in Troyes less than two weeks ago. Kym also has another final appearance in Brazzaville during the end of February.
Both players are capable of decent runs on the Challenger Tour but have less experience on the ATP. Neither have a title to their name this season, and we can’t see much separating the pair when they face off in their first-round match. This is likely to go to a decider.
