HB vs Brondby prediction

Havnar Boltfelag qualified for the UEFA Europa Conference League as a result of finishing third in last season’s Faroe Islands Premier League, under the management of Adolfo Sormani. Last season they were beaten at this stage of the competition due to a 2-0 aggregate loss to Croatian giants Hajduk Split.

They now face a Brondby side that, coached by Frederik Birk, will be expecting to reach the league phase of the UEFA Europa Conference League this season. The bs from Vestegnen, as they are nicknamed, could only reach the third qualifying round of the competition last year before a loss to Legia Warsaw.

These are two sides without much European pedigree of late and, whilst Brondby are favourites for the tie, this is expected to be a low-scoring first-leg in Torshavn.

HB vs Brondby tip: Double chance – Brondby to win or draw & under 3.5 goals
