KILMARNOCK VS ST. MIRREN PREDICTION

Kilmarnock broke a difficult five-match losing streak in the Scottish Premiership with a much-needed win away to Motherwell. Goals had been their main issue over the festive period but three scored in their last two games, albeit two from the spot, suggests they are working their way back to some kind of form. St. Mirren are a team in relative good health table-wise as they sit above Killie by a point and two games in-hand here. They have only lost two of their last eight league games, to Hibs and Rangers no less, and look to be a side going about their business well. Opting for only one team to score looks a shrewd option in the markets as, firstly, St. Mirren’s last four away games have seen only one team score and, secondly, the last four editions of this fixture have been 1-0 wins. Killie have won three of those four but with home advantage dampened right now and their opponent’s good form it might be worth picking draw no bet in favour of the hosts with at least one clean sheet here.
