Arminia Bielefeld ended a run of seven straight defeats with a much-needed 2-1 success at home to Mainz last Saturday, which moved them out of the bottom two, and they face another team struggling at the wrong end of the table here. Freiburg are without a win since the opening day although they have drawn their last two games since reverting to a back three. Bielefeld are one of only two teams in the Bundesliga who have scored fewer goals than the Black Forest club so far this season. With the result a close one to call, it may be better to back under 2.5 goals in what should be a hard-fought contest.
