This meeting of European hopefuls has taken on extra interest this week following the news that Eintracht Frankfurt head coach Adi Hutter will move to Borussia Monchengladbach at the end of the season, replacing Marco Rose, who himself is heading to Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga managerial merry-go-round. Frankfurt will be hoping their excellent form does not collapse in the way that Gladbach’s did after Rose confirmed his departure, although they have overcome that recently with two wins and a draw.
