THE PREDICTION
Bayern Munich appear to be fading somewhat as 2020 draws to a close, which is understandable given the sheer number of matches they have played this year and particularly since football returned in May. The champions were knocked off top spot at the weekend after being held to another draw against Union Berlin and have not managed a clean sheet in the league since October, although they remain by far the highest scorers in the Bundesliga. High-flying Wolfsburg will therefore not be overawed by the task they face at the Allianz Arena, despite suffering some heavy defeats against Bayern in recent years. The Wolves remain unbeaten this season and have scored two or more goals in six of their last seven games, so whatever the result, it is fair to expect a number of goals in this encounter.
