THE PREDICTION
While off-the-field issues have been the main talking point at Bayern Munich over the last week, the team continue to get results on the pitch as they march towards a ninth successive Bundesliga title. Saturday’s hard-fought 3-2 win at Wolfsburg extended their lead at the top to seven points, and was their sixth victory in seven league matches. Hansi Flick’s side have not lost at home in the league since being beaten by Bayer Leverkusen in November 2019, but it is unlikely the visitors will repeat that feat at the Allianz Arena on Tuesday as they have won just one of their last nine away games in all competitions. Expect a Bayern win, and goals - the last nine meetings between the two teams have all produced over 2.5 goals.
