Bochum moved four points clear at the top of Bundesliga 2 with a 2-1 victory at home to promotion rivals Holstein Kiel last Saturday, their fourth win in five games. They have also won four of their last five on the road, so they head to Paderborn with plenty of confidence. The hosts have less to play for as the season approaches its conclusion; they are languishing in 11th place and it was also confirmed this week that coach Steffen Baumgart will leave at the end of the campaign, so motivation could be an issue. Given that Bochum are in much better form and need the points more, they should be backed to get all three.
