THE PREDICTION

Both of these teams come into this fixture off the back of back-to-back wins, with Holstein Kiel climbing into top spot with their victory over Bochum last Friday. Having been knocking on the door for the last couple of seasons, they look like genuine promotion contenders once again this year. Four points behind them in what is still a very tight Bundesliga 2 table are Jahn Regensburg, who have won three of their last four matches at home. Jahn boss Mersad Selimbegovic also has the luxury of a full squad to pick from and his side should make it hard work for Kiel, who themselves have conceded just once in four away outings this season. The two sides could well cancel each other out here, so under 2.5 goals looks appealing.
