It has not all been plain sailing for PSG this season but they put in a hugely impressive performance in last weekend’s 1-5 dismantling of reigning champions Lille. They can be expected to kick on now as they aim to wrap up the title as early as possible so they can put their full focus on a tilt at the much coveted Champions League trophy. Rennes appear to be on the right track again after some dodgy results but they will surely be second best here. Expect PSG to flex their muscles again and it would not be a surprise to once more see Lionel Messi – who is looking more at home with each game – on the scoresheet in the process.
