Following Man City’s hammering of Burnley on Monday night, Liverpool will have to wait yet longer to seal the title but they can edge a step closer here. They were pretty flat and lacking creativity in the Merseyside derby on Sunday night as they failed to properly test Jordan Pickford in the 90 minutes and this will not be much easier against Roy Hodgson’s well-organised Palace side. They have kept four consecutive clean sheets dating back to pre-lockdown and picked up where they left off against Bournemouth beating them 0-2 away from home. They have the potential to thwart Liverpool for long spells and another low-scoring affair is on the cards.
