Twente won their third away match on the spin last weekend with a 1-4 defeat of bottom-side Emmen but they have also lost their last three matches at home in an odd run of form. That would be enough to suggest that hosting top-of-the-league Ajax is an open and shut case for an away victory here but Twente beat Ajax just over a month ago in the reverse fixture and that should be considered too. However, Ajax are just a point ahead of PSV now after their draw on Sunday and they will be eager to avenge both that result and the three points dropped to Twente.
