THE PREDICTION

Antwerp signed Swiss forward Michael Frey from Waasland-Beveren this summer in what already looks like the signing of the season after six goals scored in three appearances. Five of those came last time out in a madcap 2-5 victory away at Standard Liege in Antwerp’s first win of the new Belgian Pro League campaign and hosts Sporting Charleroi should be quaking in their boots now ahead of this Friday night fixture. The home side are unbeaten in the league so far with an opening day win backed up by two draws but it is hard to see them outscoring Frey, let alone Antwerp, here. Given his record so far, taking Frey as anytime goal scorer seems a solid option here but otherwise take draw no bet in favour of Antwerp and over 2.5 goals scored.
