After a fantastic 0-1 victory over Club Brugge before Christmas, Gent have now gone two matches without a win in the Belgian Pro League in keeping with their intermittent form this season. Both of those were away from home and they might be glad of a return to Ghent here as they host Antwerp in s similar difficult patch. The visitors have won just two of their last five league matches and a 3-0 defeat away to Mechelen last time out is particularly concerning. Antwerp’s away form leaves much to be desired and, whilst this result looks a tricky one to call given both teams’ unpredictability, draw no bet in favour of Gent looks a safe enough starting point.
