FC Santa Coloma come into this one on the back of hammering Welsh minnows Penybont, for a second time in three seasons, as they won by four goals to nil on aggregate in the first qualifying round earlier this month.
Rapid Vienna come into this one on the back of a finished fifth in the Austrian Bundesliga last season but they are expected to improve this time with former Norwich City boss Johannes Hoff Thorup in his second stint in charge.
Rapid Vienna are the overwhelming favourites to win this tie but FC Santa Coloma will be expected to ensure it could be awkward in Andorra la Vella in this first-leg.
