Decic vs Rapid Vienna prediction

Decic are beginning their 2025/26 European campaign without a manager after their disappointing fourth place finish in the Montenegrin First League last season. They had won the title the year before and then reached the third qualifying round of the UEFA Europa Conference League last season.

In contrast, they now face a Rapid Vienna side that certainly have a lot more European pedigree. Coached by Peter Stoger, former Borussia Dortmund boss, Rapid squeezed into Europe by the skin of their teeth last season due to an underwhelming fifth place finish in the Austrian Bundesliga.

Decic managed to defeat Sileks in the first qualifying round, but this is a major step up and Rapid Vienna are firm favourites for both of these legs, even away from home in the first-leg.
