Colombia vs Australia prediction

Colombia come into this one on the back of a 2-1 defeat of New Zealand in an international friendly the other day. The Colombians have been in excellent form for a long time and will be one of the dark horses to potentially even win the tournament in North America next summer.

Under the management of Tony Popovic, Australia have been much-improved, with that run of form including securing qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The Socceroos have been hit by a couple of recent defeats, though, losing 2-1 to the United States and then by a goal to nil against Venezuela.

Australia will likely try and shut things up against the Colombians for this one but Colombia have to be viewed as firm favourites to ease past the Australians.

Colombia vs Australia tip: Colombia to win
