PREDICTION
Swansea’s resurgence under Carlos Carvalhal continues thanks to their draw away at Leicester last weekend, a result which subsequently sees them move out of the bottom three. They will look to put further daylight between them and the drop zone when they welcome Burnley to the Liberty Stadium. Sean Dyche’s men have not won in their last nine league outings, the current longest streak without a win in the division. They will at least be boosted by the well-earned point they picked up last weekend against Manchester City at Turf Moor, and do not be too surprised if the outcome is the same this time around.
MEMORABLE MEETING
Last season, Swansea were battling to beat the drop, a similar situation to this time around, with the only difference being that Paul Clement was at the Liberty Stadium helm and it was he who masterminded an all-important win for the Swans. It was one that also came in dramatic fashion as Fernando Llorente’s injury time winner gave the home side a win over Burnley by three goals to two.
