PREDICTION
Swansea go into this midweek set of fixtures at the bottom of the Premier League table, but they will be boosted by the fact that they beat Liverpool just over a week ago. Carlos Carvalhal has given the South Wales outfit something of a lift since his appointment and he will be hoping that momentum continues when Arsenal come to town. Arsene Wenger’s men are on the outside looking in when it comes to this season’s race for the top four and they know they must keep winning to have any chance of a return to the Champions League. The Gunners should edge this but it may be closer than they would like.

MEMORABLE MEETING
The last time Swansea beat Arsenal in the Premier League at the Liberty Stadium was back in November 2014. The Swans got the better of the misfiring Gunners that afternoon as goals from Gylfi Sigurdsson and Bafetimbi Gomis cancelled out Alexis Sanchez’ second half opener and gave them all three points.
