Angola vs Argentina prediction

Angola, under the management of Pedro Goncalves, have been one of the more entertaining and front foot teams to watch in African football but they have drifted and regressed quite a bit in the last 12 to 18 months. The Angolans most recently shared a goalless draw with Cameroon to finish a frustrated qualifying campaign.

The world and double South American champions Argentina have perhaps an even better squad, in terms of their attacking and midfield depth certainly, than the one that won the 2022 FIFA World Cup. The Argentines’ most recent outing saw them defeat Puerto Rico by six goals to nil in a friendly last month.

Argentina have been on something of a world tour since winning in Qatar but they haven’t let their standards slip as they strive for more and they should win this one, too.

Angola vs Argentina tip: Argentina to win -1 handicap
