THE PREDICTION
Collingwood were unable to make it three straight wins to begin the new campaign as they went down to Geelong Cats in a high-quality affair last week. The Magpies will not be too disheartened by that loss but will be eager to bounce back at the first time of asking as they host struggling West Coast Eagles. The road team suffered yet another loss last week as their miserable start to the season continued with Fremantle the latest side to get the better of them. That is now seven successive losses stretching back to last season for the Eagles and it is difficult to envisage them stopping the rot here.
