Wales vs Canada prediction

Wales come into this one on the back of a 1-0 defeat of Kazakhstan at the Astana Arena the other day, courtesy of a first-half winner scored by Kieffer Moore. They are, though, in a fight for second spot in their group, with both North Macedonia and Belgium having started well, despite Wales’ UEFA Nations League promotion last autumn.

Canada, coached by former Leeds United boss Jesse Marsch, is putting his intense and energetic style of football into place ahead of next summer, after the Canadians enjoyed more than reasonable campaigns in both last summer’s CONMEBOL Copa America and this summer’s CONCACAF Gold Cup.

Marsch and Canada want to play on the front foot pretty much at all times, and Bellamy has a similarly philosophy for Wales and so both teams scoring would appear a good bet for this one.

Wales vs Canada tip: Both teams to score
