29-year-old Diego Schwartzman is playing some of his best hardcourt tennis this week in Antwerp and he backed up a brilliant win over Andy Murray on Thursday with an assured straight-sets victory against Brandon Nakashima. From one young American talent to another, world number 14 Schwartzman now faces 20-year-old Jenson Brooksby for the first time with the exciting new star yet to drop a set this week at the European Open. Brooksby beat Alejandro Davidovich Fokina handily on Friday, handing the Spaniard a second-set bagel to back up a great first round victory over Reilly Opelka. The qualifier has a great chance at reaching a second final this season but Schwartzman in this form still has to be fancied to find a way through. Take the Argentine to win at least a set here as the likelier of two very capable winners.
