THE PREDICTION
Connacht have struggled to impose themselves on this inaugural URC tournament so far, with just one win from four matches played. They made it back-to-back defeats last Saturday in an admittedly close 2-18 loss at Munster but taking on the current league leaders looks a tough day for their home fans here. Travelling Ulster have made full use of their fairly comfortable fixture list so far to win four from four and maximum points after a 26-10 victory at home to the Lions last Friday. They led main title-rivals Leinster by a point after last weekend’s fixtures but Leinster can heap the pressure back on by winning their Friday fixture the night before. Taking all that into account, and Connacht’s small signs of improvement, Ulster to cover -4 in a probably tight match looks a reasonable option here.
