THE PREDICTION
Toulon look to be improving after a dismal start to their new Top 14 season and a 28-14 win at home to Zebre in the Challenge Cup last weekend is their third unbeaten overall. Few Top 14 sides have failed to win at home as often as Toulon though, with a draw with Montpellier and a loss to Racing 92 suggesting they will be up against it as the league leaders visit. Travelling Bordeaux have lost just twice in 12 Top 14 matches played so far and they came as close as any team has to beating Leicester Tigers recently with a 13-16 defeat in the Champions Cup two weeks ago. The pressure will be on with Toulouse likely to have reclaimed the lead on Sunday but the visitors should be able to edge this fascinating encounter on Monday night.
