THE PREDICTION
It was unfortunate for Bath that after grabbing their first win of the season 22-19 at home to Worcester Warriors two weeks ago they had to face French giants La Rochelle and reigning Pro14 champions Leinster in back-to-back Champions Cup matches. They were not totally embarrassed in a 39-21 defeat at La Rochelle but last Saturday’s 7-64 thrashing at home to Leinster was, with 10 tries conceded on an afternoon with no positives. They now face reigning Premiership champions Harlequins with a similar hiding in prospect, although a smaller margin is likely. Quins grabbed a last-minute victory at home to Castres last weekend for back-to-back 36-33 results in the Champions Cup to go sailing through to the last 16. Their seven-match winning streak across all competitions looks like superb form at just the right moment of the season and they can cover -20 on the road here.
