THE PREDICTION
Highlanders made it two wins from two to begin their Super Rugby
Trans-Tasman campaign as they overcame Western Force last week but it
was far from a vintage performance from them. The Highlanders know they
can play much better than what they produced in that game and it may serve
as a wake-up call ahead of this clash with Melbourne Rebels. In contrast
to the start of their opponents, the Rebels are 0-2 after losing to the
Hurricanes last week and they have managed to score just 16 points
across their two fixtures so far. Having also conceded 85, they have
major issues on both sides of the ball and the Highlanders should be
able to capitalise by winning this by at least ten points.
