THE PREDICTION
Wakefield Trinity finally got off the mark for the season as they
produced a solid display to see off an in-form Hull KR side. Trinity
looked comfortable at 22-0 and while they conceded a couple of tries to
allow Rovers back into it, the result never looked in any real doubt before Trinity rounded off the scoring late on. They now take on a Huddersfield Giants side that have turned their form around of late with
the away side winning three on the spin in Super League. The Giants
were big winners over Leigh Centurions last week on the back of an
impressive second half display and while they will believe they can
prevail again, so too will Wakefield. In what should be glorious
conditions on Sunday afternoon, both teams should be able to play
expansively and that should lead to a high-scoring contest that produces over 46.5
points.
