- Wigan were unable to shake off the challenge of Toronto until the final 20 minutes of their clash last week but returned to winning ways with what turned out to be a very comfortable victory.
- Sean O'Loughlin suffered an eye injury in the closing stages of last week's match and will be sidelined for the Warriors in this contest with the skipper having to endure some blurred vision because of Hakim Miloudi’s high tackle.
- O’Loughlin drops out with Amir Bourouh with Sam Powell returning from a head knock whilst there is also a place in the 21-man squad for the first time this season for Dom Manfredi who is back fit following a long-term knee injury.

HULL FC
- Hull FC lost their first game of the season as they were blown away by a devastating second half spell by reigning champions St. Helens and they face a tough test if they are to make an immediate response as they travel to Wigan.
- FC lost Josh Bowden in last week's warm-up whilst Danny Houghton, Ratu Naulago and Carlos Tuimavave all left the field with knocks but Bowden and skipper Houghton are both named in this week’s squad.
- Youngster Charlie Patterson-Lund also drops out with Bureta Faraimo, Joe Cator and Jack Brown coming in to the 21-man squad but Hull have suffered a blow with Albert Kelly still out through suspension after a mix-up regarding when his ban came into effect.

THE PREDICTION
Wigan showed some glimpses of how dangerous they can be with a solid showing late on to kill the game off against Toronto. They now host a Hull FC side who are missing some key players for this game and that should swing the game in the home team's favour. Wigan too are also lacking a handful of players but look better suited to deal with their problems and the hosts should be able to come out on top.
