- Gold Coast Titans’ defensive issues reared their ugly head once again last week as they blew a huge lead in their clash with Canberra Raiders and succumbed to a late defeat having failed to score a single point in the second half of that clash.
- The Titans raced into a 0-22 lead but they crumbled when coming under pressure and on the back of that disappointing effort, head coach Justin Holbrook will have to deal with the loss of Jayden Campbell with the fullback picking up an injury so Jamayne Isaako will make his club debut.

THE PREDICTION
Gold Coast Titans will have it all to prove this week after they blew a 22-point lead in last week’s clash with Canberra Raiders. A win in that game would have made it back-to-back successes for the Titans but now they will be under pressure to respond to such a disappointing result. They have the perfect chance to make an immediate return to winning ways as they host the winless Wests Tigers who have shown very little so far this season. While the Titans have questions to answer defensively, Wests are unlikely to throw a great deal at them so expect the attacking quality of Gold Coast to get the job done.
