THE PREDICTION

This should be a thrilling clash between Cronulla Sharks and North Queensland Cowboys with very little splitting the two teams all year. Both come into this game in good form with the Sharks seeing off Newcastle Knights last week to make it six straight wins while they have lost just one of their last 12. On the other hand, it is four wins in their last six for the Cowboys after demolishing an under-strength Penrith Panthers outfit last week. This game could genuinely go either way and it would not be a surprise whichever team earns the week off but the Sharks have dominated recent matchups between the two having won the past eight and that has to give them the edge in this one.
