Billaway has finished second in this race in the last two renewals and will be right in the mix once again but could well find one better than him for the third year running. Winged Leader looks set to be his biggest rival having won his last five races and having defeated Billaway by 12 lengths in their last meeting at Thurles in January, he ticks a lot of boxes. Billaway needed that run having returned from a long layoff but Winged Leader is preferred at a much more appealing price.
