Wolfsburg striker Mohamed Amoura provides some firepower up-front for the Algerians but 26-year-old attacker Amine Gouiri is someone who could go under the radar to give Algeria a major threat up-front. Gouiri, often favoured over the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Mason Greenwood as the star man for the chaotic Olympique de Marseille in Ligue 1, has hit double figures for goals in an Algeria shirt since making his debut in 2023 after representing France at youth international level.
